- 2 c. Buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Snipped fresh chives
- 1 lrg Head iceberg lettuce, cut into six wedges Grated carrot for garnish
Direcciones
- In a bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients.
- Arrange Iceberg wedges on a serving plate and before serving, drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with grated carrot.
