Receta Impossible Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 2 x Large eggs
- 16 ounce cream cheese, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp lemon peel, grated
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 9" pie plate.
- Place 3/4 c. sugar, baking mix, Large eggs, cream cheese, 2 teaspoon vanilla and lemon peel in blender container. Blend on high speed, stopping blender occasionally to stir, till smooth about 3 min.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake just till puffed and center is dry, about 30 min. (Don't overbake).
- Mix lowfat sour cream, 2 Tbsp. sugar and 2 Tsp. vanilla. Spread carefully over top of cake, cold.
- Chill till chilled, at least 3 hrs.
- Serve with sweetened strawberries if you like.
