- 1 tsp Mustard seeds or possibly cumin (opt)

- Follow directions of your breadmaker for this type of bread. Almond lowfat milk or possibly cow's lowfat milk also works well in this recipe. The spices add in a subtle flavor, that is accented well with a chutney spread or possibly served with hummus or possibly baba ganouj.
