Receta Indian Style Lamb Brochettes

Ingredientes
- 1 small deboned lamb shoulder
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 piece of ginger root
- 1 tsp harissa
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1 healthy pinch cumin
- 1 healthy pinch grated nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 yogurt (natural Bulgarian yogurt)
Direcciones
- Peel the onion and garlic and coarsely cut them in pcs along with the ginger
- Put the pcs in a mixer with the rest of the ingredients (except the meat) and mix them together
- Pour this marinade into a shallow dish
- Cut the meat into 1 inch (3 cm) cubes and allow to sit in the marinade for 3 hrs
- After 3 hrs are up, put the pcs of meat onto skewers
- Grill them for 3 min on each side
