Receta Indonesian Grilled Chicken With Green Onion Yogurt Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 whl Chicken breasts Salt to taste Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 x Green Onion Yogurt Sauce see * Note
- 4 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 3 x Warm green chiles sliced thin
- 4 dsh Habanero chile sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Minced cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- For the Indonesian Marinade: In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except extra virgin olive oil. Whisk in extra virgin olive oil till smooth.
- Marinate chicken breasts for 1 hour. Grill for 5 min on each side or possibly till done. Serve with Green Onion Yogurt Sauce.
