Receta Islamorada Key Lime Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Condensed lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Key lime juice
- 1 c. Sugar
- 6 x Large eggs,separated
- 1 Tbsp. Cream of tartar
- 1 x 10" or possibly 2 8" pie crusts
Direcciones
- Whip together condensed lowfat milk and separated egg yolks till light and creamy at medium speed,about 8 min.Add in 1/2 c. lime juice. Let rotate at low speed for about 1 second.Fold a few times with a rubber spatula.Pour into baked pie shell.Let stand. Beat separated egg whites with cream of tartar for a full five min.Add in sugar.Beat another full five min.Spread on top of pie.Brown in oven at 350 degrees.
