- 2 c. Gourmet Blend flour
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3/4 c. plain yogurt
- 2 x Large eggs room temperature, beaten
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 7/8 c. hot water
