Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. minced carrot
- 3 x ribs celery minced
- 2 x cloves garlic chopped
- 2 can diced tomatoes (14 ounce. ea.)
- 1 can red kidney beans (15 ounce.) undrained
- 1 can Great Northern beans (15 ounce.) undrained
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 ounce.)
- 1 can V-8 (12 ounce.)
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 lb ditali pasta
Direcciones
- Brown beef in large saucepan; drain. Add in onion, carrot, celery and garlic; saute/fry 10 min. Add in remaining ingredients except pasta and simmer 1 hour. About 50 min into simmer time, cook pasta for 10 min, or possibly al dente; drain, then add in to soup. Simmer 10 min longer.
