Receta Italian Pizza Pie

Ingredientes
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1/2 lb (228 grams) salami
- 1/2 lb (228 grams) provolone
- 1 lb (454 grams) pepperoni
- 1 lb (454 grams) ziti macaroni, cooked
- 12 x Large eggs

- Method:1. Combine 4 c. flour with 1 c. shortening. Add 2 Large eggs and 1/2 c. cool water to make the crust.
- 2. Separate dough into 2 portions, one for top and one for bottom. Roll bottom crust and place in the bottom of a 12x15 inch baking pan.
- 3. When you buy the cool cuts you will buy them in chunk form. Dice each chunk into small pcs. Meanwhile cook pasta till almost done.
- 4. When you're through cutting the cool cuts place them in a large mixing bowl. Place the cooled pasta on top. In a separate bowl beat 12 Large eggs.
- Add in a little pepper to taste. Pour the Large eggs on top of cool cut mix. Mix ingredients with your hands or possibly a large spoon if you prefer.
- 5. Place in the prepared bottom crust. Roll out the top crust and make 3 slits for air in the top. Place on top and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 1 hour. ENJOY!
