Receta Jacquin's Peppermint Schnapps Liqueur

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 bot light corn syrup - (16 ounce)
- 2 c. vodka, 80 proof
- 2 tsp peppermint extract

- Combine sugar and corn syrup in a 2-qt pan over medium heat. Heat till sugar dissolves, stirring regularly (about 5 min).
- When sugar has dissolved, add in vodka and stir well. Remove mix from heat and cover tighly with lid. Let cold.
- Add in peppermint extract to mix and pour into a sealable bottle.
