Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 c. Sugar
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 1/3 c. Orange juice
- 1 c. Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 5 x Apples
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Sugar
Direcciones
- OVEN: 350. Grease and flour a 10- inch tube or possibly bundt pan.
- Combine the above ingredients and beat at medium speed for 10 min. Peel and slice 4 to 5 apples in a bowl and add in 2 tsp. each of cinnamon and sugar.
- Layer half of the batter in pan, then add in apples, then the rest of the batter.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 min.
