Receta Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter, softened
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. 1% low-fat lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. Blueberries Sugar
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar & Large eggs.
- Sift dry ingredients together & add in alternately with lowfat milk & vanilla to the creamed mix. Fold berries into the batter & spoon into greased muffin pan. Sprinkle with sugar and bake 30 min.
- NOTES : Leave the muffins in the muffin tin 3-5 min after baking & they'll be easier to remove from the pan.
