Ingredientes
- 28 gm fresh orange juice
- 1 x egg (50g)
- 50 gm sugar
- 30 gm butter
- 4 gm gelatine
- 220 gm whipping cream
- 200 gm chocolate
- 300 gm whipping cream
- 2 x Large eggs
- 40 gm sugar
- 35 gm cake flour
- 9 gm Cocoa pwdr
- 13 gm butter (melted)
- 2 x Large eggs

Direcciones
- 1. 1 Recipe orange mousse
- 2. 1 recipe chocolate mix
- 3. 1 recipe chocolate sponge
- 4. 1 recipe white sponge
- 5. chocolate for decoration
- Place white sponge at the bottom of the cake mould. Pour orange mousse into the mould. Add in chocolate sponge and fill up with chocolate mix. Decorate with chocolate.
- Orange mousse:Combine egg and sugar. Bring orange juice and butter to the boil and pour in the egg mix. Heat up carefully to 85 C and cold down to 60 C. Soak and hot up gelatine and add in to the above mix. Mix in whipped cream.
- Chocolate mix:Combine by folding melted chocolate into whipped cream.
- Chocolate sponge:Beat Large eggs and sugar till frothy. Mix in melted butter, flour and cocoa pwdr. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 190 C for about 30 min.
- White sponge:Beat Large eggs and sugar till frothy. Mix in melted butter and flour. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 190 C for about 30 min.
- Note: Chocolates used in these recipes are of the content of 60 per cent chocolate.
