Receta Kansas City Steak

Ingredientes
- 2 x sirloin strip steaks, about 12 ounce. each
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. thinly sliced green onions tops included
- 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 1 dsh salt and pepper
- 1 x (9 ounce.) pkg. frzn green beans
Direcciones
- Cut meat into proportionately strips, half of the butter in skillet and heat; add in meat and saute/fry over medium high heat till meat is brown and cooked to your liking - don't over cook. Remove meat. Keep hot. Add in remaining butter to pan. Add in green onion. Saute/fry over medium high heat for 4-5 min till onions are soft but not brown; remove. Add in broth to pan; heat and scrape pan brownings. Add in chili sauce; add in green beans to pan and heat for a few min. Add in meat and green onions and stir to blend well. Cook over high heat for a few min till mix is warm. Add in salt and pepper.
- Serve warm with mashed potatoes.
- Serves 4.
