Receta Katie's Apple Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x unbaked 9" pie shell filling
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pch salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 5 x apples peeled & sliced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter melted you can use more butter if you prefer topping
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 5 Tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine dry ingredients, then stir into apples. Add in lemon juice & melted butter & stir well. Turn apples into unbaked pie shell. Cover w/topping
- Topping: Mix together till crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min. Then reduce oven heat to 350 degrees & bake for 40-45 min longer or possibly till top is browned.
