- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Key lime juice*
- 1 x Prepared graham cracker Crust

- Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Add in condensed lowfat milk. Mix in lime juice.
- Pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigeratetill hard. May be served with whipped cream or possibly dessert topping or possibly with fresh fruit.* about 4 large fresh limes
- NOTE. For a lemom pie, use 1/2 c. lemon juice.
