Receta Lamb Kofta

Ingredientes
- 500 gm trim lamb mince
- 1 x egg, lightly beaten
- 1 c. fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 Tbsp. curry pwdr, (1 to 2)
- 1 x 400 gram can peeled tomatoes, (minced)
Direcciones
- Combine lamb mince, egg, breadcrumbs and garam masala. Shape into 24 meatballs.
- Heat oil in large pan on high. Fry meatballs 8-10 min turning them occasionally. Remove from pan.
- Saute/fry garlic and ginger in pan. Add in curry pwdr and cook 1 minute. Reduce heat to low, then add in tomatoes with their liquid. Simmer for 2-3 mins.
- Add in meatballs and heat through for about 5 mins.
