  1. Combine lamb mince, egg, breadcrumbs and garam masala. Shape into 24 meatballs.
  2. Heat oil in large pan on high. Fry meatballs 8-10 min turning them occasionally. Remove from pan.
  3. Saute/fry garlic and ginger in pan. Add in curry pwdr and cook 1 minute. Reduce heat to low, then add in tomatoes with their liquid. Simmer for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add in meatballs and heat through for about 5 mins.
  5. Serves 4
