Receta Lapin A La Moutarde (Rabbit With Mustard)+

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Rabbit, about 4 lbs, cut into serving pcs
- 1/2 c. Dijon mustard Salt Freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 1 sm Onion, finely minced
- 1/2 c. Dry white wine
- 1 x Bouquet garni
- 1/3 c. Creme fraiche
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Spread the pcs of rabbit with the mustard.
- Heat large skillet with the butter in it over medium high heat. Brown the rabbit, turning often till the pcs are quite brown, about 15 min. Remove to platter.
- Pour wine into skillet and scrape up the brown bits. Reduce heat to medium and place the rabbit back in the skillet. Add in the bouquet garni. Cover and simmer until the rabbit is tender, about 35 to 40 min.
- Remove from heat and add in creme fraiche and parsley.
