Receta Lazy Salmon Cakes

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Mashed potato, 1 medium
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Lemon or possibly orange peel dry
- 1/2 tsp Dry dill or possibly 1/4 c fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp Dry cilantro /fresh parsley
- 1/4 med Onion, minced
- 7 1/2 ounce Can salmon, no skin, bones
- 1 x Egg
Direcciones
- Echo, Sept 17/93. I was too lazy to bake the potato, beat the egg white or possibly make the sauce.
- Mash potato and allow it to cold. Mix with lemon juice, seasonings, onion and then fold in the salmon. Fold in beaten egg.
- Form the mix into 4 patties or possibly 6 smaller ones. Heat a large saute/fry pan over medium heat. Spray or possibly wipe with canola. Fry the cakes for 5 min on each side till golden. Serve with lemon wedge.
- Makes 2 servings for hungry eaters, 3 smaller ones.
