Receta Lemon Basted Turkey Breast

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 lb turkey breast coarsely-grated peel and juice of 2 lemons
- 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary (or possibly 1 tspn dry rosemary)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano (or possibly 1 tspn dry oregano)
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. white wine Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
Direcciones
- Place turkey, skin-side down, in a non-metallic dish. Combine marinade ingredients and spoon over, turning to coat turkey. Cover and chill for several hrs or possibly overnight.
- To cook, place turkey and marinade in the crockery pot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs, or possibly till tender.
