Ingredientes

1 x Yellow Cake Mix * See Note
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
8 ounce cream cheese softened
2 x Large eggs divided
1/3 c. oil

Direcciones

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil till crumbly; reserve 1 c.. Pat remaining mix lightly in an ungreased 9x13-inch pan. Bake 15 min at 350 degrees. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg till light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mix.
Bake 15 min longer. Cold, and cut in bars.
