Receta Lemon Glazed Banana Almond Ring

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 c. mashed banana
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. oat flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 c. coarsely minced toasted almonds
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

- In a large bowl, blend oil, honey, brown sugar, banana, lemon juice and Large eggs together and set aside. Stir remaining ingredients together and add in to banana mix. Mix only till dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into a lightly greased 6 c. ring pan-or possibly a 9 inch loaf pan-and bake at 325 degrees for, about 60 min, or possibly till a cake tester comes out clean. Loosen from edge of pan and cold 30 min in pan. Turn out onto a cooling rack. Meanwhile, mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together and set aside. When cake is completely cold, pour glaze over.
