Receta Lemon Poppy Seed Coffee Cake

- 1/4 c. Poppy seed
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 pkt (4-serving size) lemon instant pudding and pie
- 2/3 c. Powdered sugar
- 3 x -(up to)
- 4 tsp Lemon juice
Direcciones
- HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Grease square pan, 9x9x2-inches.
- MIX baking mix, poppy seed, lowfat milk, oil, Large eggs and pudding and pie filling
- (dry); beat 30 seconds. Spread in pan.
- BAKE 35 to 40 min or possibly till light golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 10 min. Drizzle with Glaze. 9 servings.
- Glaze: Mix ingredients till smooth and drizzling consistency.
