Receta Lemon Spaghetti
Unusually, simply delicious.
Ingredientes
- 250 g spaghetti
- 50 ml olive oil
- 100g parmesan cheese (any hard cheese)
- juice of two lemons
- zest of half a lemon
- large handful of fresh basil
- handful of fresh mint
Direcciones
- Boil pasta al dente. While pasta cooks, prepare sauce.
- In grate rub cheese (reserve some for sprinkling),
- remove the lemon zest, grind herbs.
- Then, gradually adding the grated cheese, olive oil and lemon juice,
- Stir all to a thick sauce similar to mayonnaise (can use blender).
- Add lemon zest, chopped basil and mint, season received spaghetti sauce. Put on a plate, sprinkle with Parmesan, zest and basil.
