Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. (125 ml) real lemon
  • 1/2 c. (125 ml) soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. (60 ml) sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 ml) brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) water
  • 4 clv garlic, chopped
  • 3/4 tsp (4 ml) grnd ginger
  • 8 x chicken pcs

Direcciones

  1. Preparation:In skillet combine all ingredients except chicken.
  2. Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 min.
  3. Add in chicken, simmer 35 to 45 min till tender.
  4. Don't cover skillet, turn occasionally, till done.
  5. Serve with sauce.
