Receta Light'ning Lasagne (Low Calorie)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Lean grnd beef (10% fat) or possibly grnd turkey
- 1 can (29 ounce. ) tomato sauce
- 1 c. Beef broth
- 2 lrg Cloves garlic (mashed)
- 2 Tbsp. Instant chopped onion
- 1 tsp Oregano leaves (crushed)
- 1 med Bay leaf
- 3 c. Nonfat cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Sliced green onion
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 8 ounce Lasagne noodles
- 2 ounce Part skim lowfat milk Mozzarella cheese, shredded or possibly thinly sliced

- Brown beef, pour off fat, and add in next six ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes.

- In bowl, combine cottage and Parmesan cheeses, green onion and pepper. Set aside
- Cook Lasagne as directed on package and drain.
- In 13 X 9 X 2 baking dish, spread about 2 c. of sauce. Then alternate layers of lasagne, sauce, cheese filling and Mozzarella, ending with sauce and Mozzarella. Make sure lasagne edges are covered with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. or possibly till bubbling. Allow to stand for 15 min; cut in squares to serve.
- Since this is the first time I have submitted a recipe, I want to send one I have tried. I have prepared this many times and it is always good.
- Leftovers can be frzn and used later.
