Receta Like Mama Used To Make Kids Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 x 290 gram pac JS Pizza Base mix
- 1 x 300 gram tub fresh tomato sauce
- 1 med Size green/yellow courgette, thinly sliced
- 375 gm Cooked chicken, diced (12oz)
- 1 x 113 g pack sliced pepperoni
- 4 x Ripe tomatoes, cut into quarters, with core removed
- 2 Tbsp. Dry oregano Salt and freshly grnd black papper
- 175 gm Mozzarella, grated (6oz)
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas Mark 7.
- Make up the pizza base following the pack instructions.
- Divide the mix into 6 equal balls and roll them out into 12cm (5 inch)
- circles, then place on a generously greased baking tray.
- Cover each base with 1 heaped Tbsp. of tomato sauce and arrange the courgettes, cooked chicken, pepperoni and 2 quarters of the fresh tomatoes as desired.
- Sprinkle with the oregano, season with salt and freshly grnd black pepper and cover with the grated mozzarella.
- Leave to stand for 10 min before placing on the top shelf of the oven for 15-20 min or possibly till the cheese is bubbling and the crust is brown.
- Rest for 2 min before eating.
