Receta Lime Ginger Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Fresh lime juice
- 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Dry red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp Salt, optional
- 4 x Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, in 1 inch strips
- 2 c. Fresh plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 c. Green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. Red onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro or possibly parsely, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt, optional
Direcciones
- In a glass bowl, combine lime juice, garlic, ginger, red pepper and salt, if you like. Add in the chicken and toss lightly. Cover and chill for 2-4 hrs. Meanwhile, combine all salsa ingredients; cove and chill till ready to serve. Drain chicken; throw away mariande. Brown in a large nonstick skillet till no longer pink, about 10 min. Serve with salsa.
