Receta Linguini Alfredo For Gourmets

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. onion, minced finely
- 1 x carrot, grated
- 12 lrg mushrooms, sliced
- 1 dsh paprika few drops lemon juice pepper, to taste
- 1 lb linguini, cooked
- 1/3 c. heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp. freshly minced parsley
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- In a microwave dish, place butter, onion, carrot, mushrooms, paprika and lemon juice, and pepper to taste. Cover with plastic wrap, cook at HIGH 4 to 5 min.
- Pour warm water over pasta, drain and mix with vegetables. Add in cream, parsley and cheese. Cook, uncovered, at medium (50%) 23 min.
- Place on plates and serve immediately.
- Hint: Before serving, add in a few drops of white wine to cream mix.
- Makes 4 servings.
