Receta Little Italy Spaghetti

Ingredientes
- 3 ounce Onion, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Basil
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6 ounce Tomato, finely minced
- 3 ounce Mushrooms, finely minced
- 3 ounce Green pepper, finely minced
- 2 ounce Tomato paste
- 6 ounce Spaghetti, cooked
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion in a suacepan with extra virgin olive oil till onions are translucent/soft. Add in garlic, basil, oregano and salt.
- Stir. Add in vegetables and tomato paste. Continue to cook over medium heat, covered, for 15 min. Add in spaghetti and toss. Serve warm.
