Receta Lo Cal Baked Apple Donuts

Ingredientes
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoon veg. oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 slices bread, crumbled
- 2/3 c. dry lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar twin
- 2 apples, peeled & grated
- 3 teaspoon strawberry jam
- 4 teaspoon butter, melted
Direcciones
- Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Mix next 7 ingredients, combine with apples, then add in moist ingredients. Spray muffin tin with Pam. Put small amount of fold in bottom of 6 muffin c.. Put 1/2 tsp. of jam in each c., top with remaining mix. Bake 25 min at 350 degrees. Cold slightly.
- Mix 4 tsp. brown sugar twin and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Dip muffin tops in melted butter, then in sugar twin mix.
