Ingredientes
- 3 chicken breasts, skin off
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 c. tomato juice
- Oregano to taste
- Garlic, chopped to taste
Direcciones
- Place onions, peppers in a baking dish, then chicken, bone side down. Add in tomato, oregano, garlic. Cover; bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
