Receta Long Grain And Wild Rice Stuffing

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice mix
- 1 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1 (2 ounce.) jar sliced pimento, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Cook wild rice mix as directed on package. Meanwhile saute/fry celery and onions in butter 2 min. Add in seasoned bread crumbs with warm water. Add in pimentos and parsley; mix well. Add in warm cooked rice and mix. Use to stuff fowl or possibly use as a side dish.
