Receta Long Grain & Wild Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 (3 ounce.) can broiled, sliced mushrooms
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can beef broth or possibly chicken broth
- 2 med. onions, minced
- 1/2 c. wild rice, rinsed
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. snipped parsley (opt.)
Direcciones
- Drain mushrooms and reserve liquid. Add in to broth to make 2 c.. Boil onion and wild rice, then simmer in broth 20 min. Add in long grain rice, bring to boil again - reduce heat and simmer 20 min. Add in mushrooms and butter till heated. Serves 6 to 8.
