- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 pch dry oregano
- 1 pch dry thyme
- 2 x rib eye steak
Direcciones
- Preheat the barbecue to medium-warm.
- Mix all of the ingredients except the steaks together till well-blended. Sprinkle the rub on the steaks and barbecue till done, about 5 min each side for medium.
