- 4 x Egg whites -- whipped
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Cocoa or possibly carob pwdr -- Sifted
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Marshmallow creme
Direcciones
- Preheat oven at 325. Prepare a 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine baking pwdr, cocoa/carob pwdr, salt, and flour.
- In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and marshmellow creme. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Bake for 18 min.
