- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped or possibly to taste
- 1/4 tsp Dry oregano
- 1/4 tsp Dry basil Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Chicken broth or possibly canned reduced-sodium chicken broth
