Ingredientes
- 1 pound hamburg
- 1 egg
- 2 c. bread cubes
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Direcciones
- Mix thoroughly all ingredients till bread and seasonings are all blended in the meat. Form into 1 1/4-inch balls and brown in oil. Put meatballs into spaghetti sauce and let simmer for at least 1 hour.
