  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and knead till thoroughly blended.
  2. Using a handful of mix, shape meat onto flat skewers approximately 6 inches long, 2 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick. Continue till all meat has been shaped.
  3. Barbecue meat over a charcoal broiler for 5 - 10 min on each side till browned. Serve over white rice, with boiled tomatoes, raw onions, fresh coriander, basil and green onions.
