Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb grnd beef or possibly lamb
- 1 lrg yellow onion (grated)
- 1 x egg
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash
Direcciones
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and knead till thoroughly blended.
- Using a handful of mix, shape meat onto flat skewers approximately 6 inches long, 2 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick. Continue till all meat has been shaped.
- Barbecue meat over a charcoal broiler for 5 - 10 min on each side till browned. Serve over white rice, with boiled tomatoes, raw onions, fresh coriander, basil and green onions.
