Receta Lunch Box Usa Pear Bean Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 x Fresh, ripe USA Anjou Pear
- 1 can Dark red kidney beans, (15 ounce.) rinsed and Liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Chopped onion, minced celery and Minced green pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar and oil
- 3/4 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt, (1/4 to 1/2)
Direcciones
- Core and dice pear. Combine with beans, onion, celery and green pepper; mix well. Combine remaining ingredients; stir into pear-bean mix. Chill.
- Always be sure to use ripe pears.
