Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce.) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocoalte chips, melted
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine butter, crumbs and sugar; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- In large mixer bowl, beat cheese till fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened lowfat milk till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 5 min or possibly till set. Cold. Refrigeratethoroughly. Garnish as desired. Chill leftovers.
