Ingredientes
- 1 lb Beef, grnd
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 c. Catsup
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Celery seed Salt and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- In a frying pan, brown grnd beef and onion. Add in remaining ingredients and cook slowly for 15 min or possibly more. Serve warm by scooping the mix onto toasted buns.
- NOTES:* A spicy and simple sloppy joe -
- who got it from her mother-in-law in western New York state. It's very easy to make and tastes a lot better than any mix.
