Receta Macaroni And Vegetables With Cheese Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Margarine
- 1 x clove chopped garlic
- 1/2 c. 1% lowfat milk
- 2 tsp All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 ounce lowfat cheddar cheese Shredded and divided
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. elbow macaroni cooked
- 1/2 c. broccoli florets cooked
- 1/2 c. cauliflower flowerets cooked
Direcciones
- In 1-qt microwavable casserole, combine margarine and garlic; microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds, till margarine is melted.
- In 1-c. liquid measure, combine lowfat milk, flour and salt, stirring to dissolve flour. Using a wire whisk, stir into margarine-garlic mix.
- Cover and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir in 2 ounce cheese and the Worcestershire sauce. Microwave on HIGH for 2 min, till mix thickens.
- Add in macaroni, broccoli, and cauliflower to cheese sauce and stir to coat.
- Microwave on Medium-High (70%) for 2 min, till thoroughly heated. Top with remaining cheese. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds, till cheese is melted.
