Ingredients: 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream; 6 Tbsp. Dijon mustard; 1 x Egg yolk; 1 whl egg; 2 1/2 c. Salad oil; 1 tsp Chopped garlic; 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar; 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredientes

1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
6 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 x Egg yolk
1 whl egg
2 1/2 c. Salad oil
1 tsp Chopped garlic
1/2 c. Red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce Salt and pepper to taste

In processor mix lowfat sour cream, mustard and Large eggs. Add in oil in a thin stream.
Add in vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well. It should be very thick. Chill.
