Receta Maple Cornmeal Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Self rising flour
- 1/2 c. Yellow cornmeal
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Veg. oil
- 1/4 c. Maple syrup
Direcciones
- Stir together flour and cornmeal. Make a well in center. Combine egg, lowfat milk, oil and syrup; add in all at once to dry ingredients. Stir just till moistened. Grease muffin c.; fill 2/3 full. Bake in 400 oven for 20-25 min. Serve hot.
- Makes 16 muffins.
