Receta Maple Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Minced toasted pecans
- 4 ounce Egg beaters or possibly egg substitut
- 3/4 c. Maple syrup
- 2 c. Buttermilk
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 dsh Salt
Direcciones
- Lightly toast pecans in a 350 oven and set aside to cold. Combine all ingredients except pecans in a blender or possibly food processor. Process till well combined. Cover and chill till ready to freeze. Blend for a few seconds before pouring into the ice cream maker. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing. About a minute before ice cream is frzn, add in nuts.
