Receta Maple Sugar Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 1 quart Cream
- 2 c. Maple sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 pt Lowfat milk Scant 1/2 c. flour
Direcciones
- Let the lowfat milk come to a boil. Beat 1 c. of sugar, flour and Large eggs, till the mix is light and creamy. Then stir into the boiling lowfat milk, cook till the flour is thoroughly cooked. Put away to cold. When cool, whip the cream, add in other c. of sugar and turn into the cooked mix and freeze.
