Ingredientes
- 6 lbs butter
- 100 pounds corn, frozen
- 25 pounds onions, chopped
- 25 lbs peppers, green, chopped
- 1.5 lbs jalepenos, minced
- 2 cups salt
- 4 cups Paul Prudhommes, louisiana spice
- 3.25 gal heavy cream
Direcciones
- Melt the butter in a large skillet or saute pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the corn, onions, bell peppers, jalapeno, PPLS, and salt, and cook, stirring, until soft.
- Add the cream and cook for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and serve hot.
- Hold at 145.
