Receta Marinated Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 2 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 12 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers
- 1 1/2 c. soda crackers
- Crumbs
- 1 c. butter
Direcciones
- Combine first 8 ingredients. Add in chicken, coating well. Let stand in covered Tupperware container in refrigerator overnight. Remove chicken from sauce. Roll in crumbs and arrange in shallow pan. Heat butter. Spoon half over chicken. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Spoon rest of butter over chicken and bake 45 min more. Serves 12.
